Hello World! and...
I'm Daisy, freelance programmer and computer specialist (and professional web surfer!). I also work as a florist during the day, but that's much less interesting. RAM sticks and wires is where the action's at, after all!
My lovely wife Millie and I have been together for over 20 years ([DATE EXPUNGED]) and we've stayed as the best of friends all throughout. She's the quintessential hard-boiled private detective minus the dead wife (at least for now), like a Dave Bannion or Mark McPherson in the flesh... Hehe, my knowledge on noir films has become alarmingly versed thanks to all those movie nights. In our free time we like to go out on walks and watch television. She's not really the computer type.
My hobbies include writing poetry, scripting computer programs and making sites with HTML & CSS. I still have a lot to learn :•).
I like...
I grew up in a big home in an even bigger city, but my childhood always felt so, so very lonely. Just as I do now, I spent most of my time holed up in my room typing away code at a computer screen. This meant that I had no clue how people acted, spoke, and were in day-to-day life; I had no idea queer folk even existed until I was a teenager, and it took me even longer to realize that I was family, too. It sucks, really-- nobody tells you how hard it is to figure these kinds of things out! I miss the big city's gay bars and their fighting spirit. Wish I had one here... this town is so tiny.
And, boy, don't even get me started on my gender! It's hard to put it into words. I don't consider myself a transsexual but I also don't completely feel like a woman, a "normal" one at least... That being said, I had surgery to make my chest flatter purely out of comfort. I suspect my sexual orientation also plays into the way I perceive myself... oh, what's a butch to do? It's as if my mere existence serves as an act of rebellion. Heheh, reminds me of my emo phase back in high school... What a mess I was (and still am). All in all, you can call me lady or sir. Whichever one works best.
Oh well, that's about it for now! I'll continue working on this site from time to time. Thank you so much for visiting. It's always nice to have visitors.
